Client: Feast Portland
Agency: Condé Nast/ Bon Appétit
Project: Food and Drink Festival Series

As a partnering Creative and Experiential Producer I developed, planned, and executed festival merchandise operations through a live-screen-printing “Merch Kitchen” pop-up experience. I was responsible for creating and presenting project scope, design guidelines, and vendor capabilities to producers and designers at our partnering design agency in order to develop a unique product line that would be available to guests during a series of multi-venue events throughout Portland, many happening simultaneously.
Trained and lead a dedicated team of staff including brand ambassadors, event printers, and salespeople.
Developed communications through copywriting and designing of all customer-facing media and informational graphics surrounding the customizable merchandise activation.

Key Results:
• Developed an immersive guest experience during the 4-day festival in-line with brand and stakeholder goals and expectations.
• Presented financial performance report showing increased sales from previously highest grossing years by 25% to 13k attendees in project closing.
