Project: Bridges Art Show | Executive Producer
As the committee-elected Executive Producer, I organized operations and developed more efficient processes and databases for Bridges Art Show;
A community-driven program bridging the gap between a multidisciplinary cohort of visual and performative artists and forms, including street art, fine art, graffiti, dance, and music.
I led a team of 8 managing producers to initiate, plan, execute, and close this project, and engaged a creative team to document and create a virtual 3D walkthrough experience.
Key Results:
β’ Featured more than 200 artists with an emphasis on the local Portland arts community.
β’ Largest attendance the event had seen to date, with 2000 paying patrons coming to experience over 5000 sq. ft. of customized warehouse-converted-to-gallery space.
β’ Was responsible for generating the eventβs first profitable production in 4 years, earning over $24k in revenue as a single-night exhibition with a realized profit margin of 48%.
