Project: Bridges Art Show | Executive Producer

As the committee-elected Executive Producer, I organized operations and developed more efficient processes and databases for Bridges Art Show;
A community-driven program bridging the gap between a multidisciplinary cohort of visual and performative artists and forms, including street art, fine art, graffiti, dance, and music. 
I led a team of 8 managing producers to initiate, plan, execute, and close this project, and engaged a creative team to document and create a virtual 3D walkthrough experience

Key Results:
β€’ Featured more than 200 artists with an emphasis on the local Portland arts community.
β€’ Largest attendance the event had seen to date, with 2000 paying patrons coming to experience over 5000 sq. ft. of customized warehouse-converted-to-gallery space.
β€’ Was responsible for generating the event’s first profitable production in 4 years, earning over $24k in revenue as a single-night exhibition with a realized profit margin of 48%.
