Project: Austin City Limits Music Festival
As an Experiential Producer on this project, I worked closely with Live Nation’s Account Executive of Experiential and Events, and AMEX’s global marketing agency to create an immersive brand activation for guests to experience and interact with inside the “AMEX Lounge”.
Live screen-printing, embroidery customization, interactive art installations, a custom luggage tag station, and an exclusive “Card Member Club” where cardholders were welcomed into a private bar and second-story lounge with main stage views - Were all a part of this 2-week activation series on-site at Austin City Limits Music Festival.
Key Results:
• Captured over 25k unique marketing impressions. Wearable takeaway gifts created a festival-wide presence reinforcing the American Express brand as a premier financial service provider. Captured media assets to use as future marketing collateral.
