Project: Interactive Concert Series
As a Producer on this project, I collaborated with Live Nation’s SVP of Experiential and account executive, a team of senior experiential producers, and AE’s marketing agency to plan and execute American Eagles’ 2-story brand activation and “recharge lounge”. Guests were enabled to create and embellish their own repurposed-AE-denim zip pouches, and recharge their devices while escaping the summer heat. I sourced and vetted 3rd-party service vendors, led training, and managed event staff and brand ambassadors on-site during the Lollapalooza and Governor’s Ball music festivals.
Key Results:
• Measured 15k unique marketing impressions on highly engaged festival-goers.
• Created strong brand visibility and buzz supporting AE’s newly launched line, “Aerie”.
